What to include
We cannot see who you are from this page, so please tell us in your first message:
- the wallet address or email you sign in with;
- what you were doing, and roughly when;
- the venue involved, if it was a trade — Hyperliquid or Alpaca.
Account deletion and data requests
Both are handled here. Say which you want and we will confirm receipt — see the Privacy Policy for what we hold and how long we have to respond.
We will never ask for these
Nobody at WIRE will ever ask for your private key, your seed phrase, or your Alpaca API secret — not here, not on X, not anywhere. Anyone who does is not us.
We will never message you first, and we will never ask you to move funds or connect your wallet to a site to "verify" or "recover" anything.
Something urgent
If you think someone else has access to your account, say so in the first line and we will treat it as urgent. You can revoke your Hyperliquid session key yourself at any time from the terminal, without waiting for us.
